Before You Buy
All shirts are made to order.
Our processing time is 1-3 weeks. Processing time does not include shipping time.
If you have a deadline, please contact us prior to purchasing so we can let you know if we can meet it. Any order made with a note of a deadline that was not brought to us first, may be subject to cancellation. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to purchase one of our shirts in a different color or style than what we have listed, please make the request first by emailing us email@example.com so we can verify that we can do it. Please note that if you change the original color or style than what we have listed, then it will be considered a "customized" item and will not be available for an exchange. Please do not leave a note on your order with a change of color or style before first contacting us. If you do this, your order will come in the original color and style that was selected on the order.
If you receive your product and you need to exchange for a different size, we can walk you through the process! Additional fee will apply. We do not, however, accept exchanges for different shirt styles or color. Exchanges only apply to items of the same style and color.
You must contact us prior to sending it back to us, as well as purchase our Exchange Restocking Fee, before we can complete the exchange. We must receive word of an exchange within 7 days of you receiving the item. The item will then need to be returned to us within 14 days upon receiving the item. We do not accept exchanges on customized or sale items. Contact us if you would like to exchange your item: firstname.lastname@example.org
We do not accept returns on items that you simply no longer want anymore. Any cancellation of orders must be made prior to shipment.

First Class Mail: 3-5 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Express Mail: 1-2 business days
International buyers please be aware that your postal system may charge a customs fee on your order. Brand By You is not responsible for this fee and has no control over your order being charged the fee. Your purchase with us will not include this possible customs fee. We will not refund any part of your purchase if your order is charged a customs fee.
Brand By You is not personally responsible for lost mail. If your item is lost in transit we will happily refund your purchase or ship you a new shirt. We will not, however, refund or replace your order if your item is marked as delivered with the tracking number that is provided to you. If it is marked as delivered by USPS but you do not have the item in your mail, you will need to open a claim for lost mail with USPS or go to your local post office for more information. All the information that we will have is the tracking information. Once a claim is opened for lost mail with USPS, and the item is deemed as lost mail by USPS, we will of course either refund your purchase or replace the order.
Any Disney characters, images, or references made on our site or products belong to their respective owners. We do not sell the rights to these characters, images, or references, nor do we claim ownership to them. Disney does not endorse, sponsor, support, or make any of the products that we currently sell in our shop. All designs are our own ideas and are not copies or interpretations of other people's or shop's work. We hand-draw and/or computer edit all designs that are featured on our products. In some cases the artwork we use is trademarked and/or copyrighted. We will take corrective action against individuals or entities who try to pass our original artwork off as their own for personal or commercial use.
